When water shows up inside, the roof is the first suspect. It isn't always the source, and the entry point is rarely directly above the stain. This is a roofing-focused look at the visible and accessible areas of your roof, weighted to the places water tends to get in: flashings, penetrations, valleys, ridgelines, and worn or damaged sections.
We work through what we can see and safely reach, using a drone to cover steep or high sections, and note the visible signs that point to water getting in. Where the evidence supports it, we give our view of the likely source. You get a written assessment letter recording what we observed, with practical comments and options for what to do next.

What it isn't
- It is not a full building report and not an engineering report, and it's a visual, non-invasive inspection: we don't lift coverings, open ceilings, or carry out moisture testing.
- We don't provide a guaranteed leak diagnosis.
Water can travel a long way between where it enters and where it shows up, so finding the source is often a process of elimination. We investigate the area, identify the likely cause or causes, and tell you the next step if it needs more than a visual assessment.
